Strub's Woodcrib is about quality and value.  We started out taking our time and not rushing to 'produce' and 'sell' more products. My philosophy is about retaining this niche' and not become something we are not.  This is the way we can control the quality, perhaps not the demand.  We're also about craftsmanship as a time honored way of doing business.  Lastly, we're about bringing functionality with durability, especially with our Moso bamboo cutting boards.  Yes, that also applies to our other products, but the center of our business for the last 16 years has been to make these incredible Moso bamboo end-grained cutting boards. Nothing else comes close!
