We have discontinued the 12x8" size and replaced it with a 12x9". An extra 1" of width will provide more cutting space and make this more usable. My expectations are that we will have 3 of these available on Jan 8th, 2026. However, due to supply chain issues, which are now resolved, I don't expect to have any replacements until late Mar. 2026. Parquet end-grained Moso bamboo cutting board with silicone non-marring, skid resistant feet. I've made these before and normally don't offer them very often, because they're kind of that in-between size for smaller kitchens, apartments, or for your RV. These are made of the same end-grained bamboo as all my others. This makes them durable, yet won't tend to dull knives, naturally anti-microbial with smooth clean lines. This is on the same design as my 7x9" board, just a little more size. Handcrafted and made in the USA!
