This is a 12x18" tray that has a true 3/4" thickness. Added 7-1/2" black handles, mar and skid resistant silicone rubber feet make this handcrafted tray unlike any others. Made with Mediterranean Olive Wood with African Black Gaboon Ebony accent and metallic coffee colored resin, makes this truly a 'one-of-a-kind' special tray. The Olive wood used here has rich deep graining with added Black Ebony strip is the perfect contrast accent and makes this unique tray visually stunning. The resin has a beautiful coffee colored metallic resin. All glues, finishes and epoxy resins are not only moisture resistant, but also food contact safe. Finished in butcher block oil and then waxed with combo carnauba and bees wax, then buffed. Care is simple wiping with damp cloth and occasionally reapplying butcher block oil or bees wax, then lightly buff. All my boards have been subjected to moisture prior to finishing, to raise the wood fibers and then sanded to a 500 grit.
