This tray measures approx. 12Wx18Lx3/4". We add 7-1/2" stainless steel handles plus mar and skid resistant silicone rubber feet which are screwed in place making this handcrafted tray unlike any others marketed. This tray consists of African Black Wenge with a strip of Curly Maple accent and then added 3/4" edge of Black Wenge. The epoxy is food safe and the swirl adds so much depth. I really like the way this one turned out. This is the first time we've completely used Wenge for a serving tray. Normally, I use as an accent, largely because it's very expensive. However; this particular Wenge wood was so beautiful, I felt it needed to be show-cased in a different way, with its natural black color with soft browns tones. The curly maple just gives it the edge it deserves and helps highlight. All glues and finishes used are not only moisture resistant, but also food contact safe. All my charcuterie boards have been oiled and waxed with combo butcher block oil and carnauba/bees wax, and then buffed. Simple care involves wiping with damp cloth and occasionally reapplying butcher block oil and/or bees wax, then lightly buff. How often depends on use and what food or moisture it is exposed.
